Rapidshare has been the mainstay download site for years.. and to say the truth they actually rock.. coz regularly update thier system.. and one such updationthier time limit between successive downloads.
But we have a solution to bypass those limit.. 100 % working...



This is a nice tutorial for all those downloading files from rapidshare and want to bypass the one hour limit restriction...

This is only possible on dynamic IP address users..

Here is how you do...

IN Firefox ( download the latest version from the side bar for best result )

1.)Open Tools > Option > Privacy

2.) Under cookies select Exception

3.)Then add two website names as www.rapidshare.com press block ( see below picture )

4.)Then similarly add www.rapidshare.de and press block



Now that you have blocked all the cookies that rapidshare would create ... so now is the important step..

after doing the above.. switch off and on your modem/router so as to obtain a new IP address..

now try another rapidshare link.. it should start downloading right wawy..

It’s not tough to download all files in a folder. All you need is a download manager that supports downloading all files from a page or an offline browser which is able to crawl on pages and download everything that it finds. Here are my recommendations on what software to use to download all files from a folder on a website or FTP.

Like I mentioned earlier, there are a few methods. The first method that I’ll show you is how to download all files using Firefox. There is an excellent add-on called “DownThemAll” (or just dTa) which is a powerful yet easy-to-use Mozilla Firefox extension that lets you download all the links or images contained in a webpage and much more. It features an advanced accelerator that increases speed up to 400%, it allows you to pause and resume downloads at any time and, last but not least, it’s fully integrated into your favorite browser!



All you need to do is to install the addon, go to the page that has all the files that you want to download, right click and select DownThemAll. The DownThemAll window will appear with a list of files for you to download. Check the files and click Start.

If you prefer to use your own download manager software such as Orbit or FlashGet, you can install FlashGot add-on for Firefox, which has a function “FlashGot All”. It grabs all the links found in the current page and dispatches them to the default download manager.

These add-on works very well but there’s one problem. If there are directories inside the folder that you want to download, these add-ons won’t crawl in to the folder and get all the files in there. It will only download the folder as an index.htm file. To really have a one click download them all software, you should use an offline browser software. Teleport Pro and Offline Explorer are very good offline browsers but they are sharewares. I found a free offline browser called GetleftToGo which doesn’t require installation and it is able to download files inside a directory.

After downloading, extract and run GetleftToGo.exe. Go to File > Enter URL and enter the link that you want to download all the files. It will process the page and give you a list of files to download. You can easily select all the files by clicking the + for All. One important note is you must uncheck [To Parent Directory], or else it will also download whatever is in the parent directory.

If you want to download everything in a folder from FTP, the easiest way is to use a FTP client such as FileZilla. Just enter the server IP or host, port 21, username and password (if doesn’t allow anonymous login) and connect. You will see 2 panes, the left one is your computer and the right is the server. Simple drag the folder that you want to download from server to your computer and it will automatically download whatever is in the directory..

We all have a Pen drive... but what makes you start out of the crowd ?? Here is what you can do to atleast differ from others...





Few things you would need before starting this small trick to customise the way the Usb pen drive is shown in My Computer

1.) A suitable Icon Photo ( one with ".ico" extension ).You can get them are vriuos sites listed below

2.) Now browse in these two sites.. there are over thousands of icons.. So take your time and select the best one which suites your USB pen drive and save the icon file.. Rememebr to save them in .ico extension or say download .ico file from these sites..
3.)Now open your notepad and type as given in the picture below


4.)Now save the file as autorun.inf

5.)Rename the downloaded Icon file (*.ico) as autorun.ico

6.)now copy both the autorun.inf and the autorun.ico to the root of the USB Pen Drive ie in my case the USB drive is G:\ , so i have copied both these files to G:\

7.)Now just remove the USB pen drive and reinsert it.. now your icon will be displayed instead of the usual drive icon... just like shown in the picture below




8.) Now show off your Pendrive to your friends... insert it and let it do the magic...

Since Launch of SP1 many cracks have been disabled by Microsoft.. But if you want to enjoy Vista / Server 2008 forever.. Here is a nifty solution you could follow to activate vista/ server 2008 with the help of Task Scheduler
 


On the Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008 system, copy and paste the following Task code to text editor such as Notepad. In the Task, change the value of the following UserID tag (as in domain\alias line) to contain domain name and user name alias (for user on domain Active Directory), or local host name and user ID (for standalone Windows Vista user). Then save it as a .xml file. For example, ReArm.xml or Extend.xml.

Or, download a copy of ReArm.xml directly (you still need to change the “UserID”.
Click Start, point to Administrative Tools (in Windows Vista, go to Control Panel -> System and Maintenance), and then click Task Scheduler.
In the Task Scheduler, click Import Task on the “Action” menu.
Select the task .xml file saved from above above. For example, click Extend.xml or ReArm.xml.
Click Import.
A “Create Task” window will appear. Click the Triggers tab.


Click the One Time trigger, and then click Edit.
Change the start date of the task to a date just before the end of current evaluation period (activation grace period expiry date).

User can also customize the schedule so that the Task Scheduler automates the rearm of system license status every 30 days (for Windows Vista) or 60 days (for Windows Server 2008) for 3 times. For example, change to Daily with recurring every 30 or 60 days, and then set an Expire date for the task after 120 days or 240 days.
Click OK, and then exit the Task Scheduler.

The Task Scheduler will now run the evaluation reset and rearm operation on the date that been specified automatically to extend the free usage of Windows operating system.

Now, YouTube starts to offer link for user when viewing supported video clip on YouTube website to play video in higher quality. The link “watch in high quality” will appear below the view count of the video if high definition viewing is supported. If you’re already watching the video in high resolution, a watch in standard quality link will be shown instead so that user can easily toggle between higher quality and lesser quality video clip, as streaming in higher quality may not be smooth and video playback may stop for buffering.

For viewer with YouTube account and high speed Internet connection, and want to always watch all YouTube clips available in higher resolution in high quality mode, YouTube has provided an option in user account setting to set higher quality as default mode of playback when viewing video stream. By default, the playback resolution is set to normal, which means lesser quality.

To change your playback settings to force YouTube to always play video in high quality if available, follow the steps below:
1.)Go to YouTube Account page.
2.)Under “Account” section, click the Video Playback Quality link.
3.)Select the radio button for I have a fast connection. Always play higher-quality video when it’s available option in order to play video in higher quality by default.

 
Click the Save Settings button to make the change effective immediately.
To revert the selection, choose either Choose my video quality dynamically based on the current connection speed or I have a slow connection. Never play higher-quality video.
